What We Do
World Stars Education offers a variety of services, from academic support to educational planning to school tours and college preparations. All of our services are individually tailored through a range of different assessment methods and interviews with students and parents in order to ensure that each student receives exactly the support they need. Beyond this, we also offer courses which teach our students specific skills which will allow them to stand out and succeed as they move forward in their respective journeys.

We have a variety of experts in academic support, college applications, personal branding and public speaking, just to name a few.

No two students are identical, so we do not treat our students as if they were. As we progressively assess each students’ individual case, we continuously evaluate what the best path and program for the student will be, in order to guarantee that they receive support tailored to their unique circumstances. We want our students to become the best possible versions of themselves, and we will do whatever we can to ensure that each student reaches his or her full potential.
Our Team
Faith LaRoche, World Stars Education Founder & CEO
Faith is an educational consultant with over 17 years of experience helping students gain entry into some of the most prestigious schools in the world. Originally coming from a background in business development and management, Faith decided to transition to education because she wanted to help students become empowered, proactive and resourceful learners.
Over the years, Faith has worked with over a thousand students of all different levels to successfully plan their educational paths, set goals, and find success. As an international counselor with a proven track record, Faith regularly appears as a guest speaker on media publications and hosts seminars to share her educational philosophy and counseling expertise.
Faith and her husband Marty (a PGA professional specializing in youth coaching) also established the World Stars Golf Academy to help aspiring professional golfers successfully navigate the challenges of being student-athletes.

Aled Lines, Program Director & Head Consultant​
Aled was born into a family of teachers and writers. His earliest memories all involve reading or writing in some form, and his family was always happy to encourage his passion for language. After graduating with a philosophy degree from the University of British Columbia, Aled worked as a writer in Vancouver and London, where he occasionally dabbled in college application guidance as well. In 2015, Aled joined World Stars Education as a writing coach and has been with the team ever since.
With experience as a college counselor and AP Literature teacher in international schools, Aled adopts personalized coaching strategies to ensure that each individual student writes essays to be proud of.
Aled has also worked in international marketing and promotion for an educational non-profit, which often had him traveling to over 5 countries in a week. (His record is 4 countries in a single day).

Samarth Kamle, Senior Consultant
Samarth is a college admissions counselor that has helped students get admitted into universities such as Yale, UChicago, Northwestern, Duke, Johns Hopkins, Cornell, Carnegie Mellon, UCLA, UC Berkeley, USC, among many other elite institutions. Samarth attended University of Southern California for his undergraduate degree on a full tuition merit-based scholarship where he studied Biomedical Engineering and Information Technology.
In high school, Samarth received a perfect 36/36 on his ACT, and was a national level Science Olympiad medalist as well as a USA Biology Olympiad semi-finalist. Samarth has also done his Masters in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. He is passionate about helping students accomplish their dreams and goals, specializing in the STEM areas of engineering, computer science, and pre-medicine.

Chrissie Gross, Consultant & Writing Specialist
Chrissie Gross is a creative writer with a deep passion for education and the power of words. A recent graduate of the University of Toronto with a Degree in English and Drama, Theatre, and Performance Studies, Chrissie has experience in coaching debate, public speaking, and research writing for the Middle and High School level. She has been entrenched in the world of the written and spoken word since she was a little kid, and is excited by the opportunity to help students discover and hone their voice. She believes anyone with the right tool kit can become an empowered public speaker and writer.
Outside of writing, Chrissie is also an actor and a comedian, performing in cities from Taipei to Toronto.

Catherine Lu, Consultant & Writing Specialist
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Catherine has navigated the application processes for schools across Canada and the USA. Her passion for education began in 10th grade and has continued through various academic and professional roles.
At the University of Toronto, Catherine served as a Teaching Assistant for Corporate Finance and Macroeconomics, each with over 200 students. Currently, she teaches courses including AP Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Psychology, ACT preparation, Ethical Leadership, Corporate Finance, and Organizational Behavior, covering students from high school to MBA levels.Dedicated to giving back, she is eager to share her rich experiences and insights with aspiring students.

Carol Su, Consultant & Educational Coordinator

Carol was born in Shanghai, China, and received her high school education in the United States. Carol pursued studies in Education and Japanese Studies at Furman University. For graduate school, she will continue her education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, specializing in Human Development and Education. Passionate about education, Carol has been actively involved in teaching, mentoring students of all ages, and accumulating extensive teaching experience.
Carol’s cross-cultural background and commitment to education enable her to support students from diverse backgrounds. She looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the field of teaching!
