4D Strategic Roadmap
Stop guessing. Start building.
Most families approach the college process the same way. They collect activities, keep grades up, and hope the story comes together when it's time to apply.
It usually doesn't.
What you end up with is a resume full of things your student has done, but no clear thread connecting any of it. Senior year becomes a scramble to manufacture a narrative out of scattered pieces. Admissions officers who read hundreds of applications per season can feel it when this happens. They can't always articulate why, but they can tell.
The 4D Strategic Roadmap is designed to prevent that. Or, if you're already in the thick of it, to find the real story hiding inside what your student has actually done.
1
What this actually involves
This is not a quick phone call. It's the most thorough assessment we offer outside of our full consulting packages.
Before we meet, your student completes a 40-question diagnostic that maps where they currently stand across the four dimensions that shape competitive applications: Direction, Design, Demonstration, and Delivery. They'll also submit their transcript, test scores, and current activity list.
We ask for all of this because surface-level advice produces surface-level results. The families who get the most out of this process are the ones who show up with the full picture, and we've built the assessment to draw it out.
During our strategy session, we go deeper. We validate the diagnostic results, ask the questions that reveal what's actually going on, and identify the gaps and opportunities that matter most for your student's specific situation.
2
What you'll receive
Within 72 hours of completing the open-response sheet and assessment quiz (sent to you when you sign up), you'll receive a personalized Loom video walkthrough of your student's complete strategic plan. You can watch it on your own time, revisit the sections that matter most, and share it with your family.
The plan includes:
-
A full 4D Evaluation with strengths and specific areas for growth across all four dimensions
-
The three most important next steps your student should take, in priority order
-
Recommendations for the upcoming summer
-
A curated list of 15-20 schools that fit your student's profile, interests, and trajectory
-
Priority access for follow-up questions over a 30-day period
If you'd prefer to discuss the results in real time, you can schedule a Zoom call with us instead of (or in addition to) the Loom walkthrough.

Who this is for
This is for families who want clarity before committing to a larger engagement. And for families who want expert-level guidance without signing up for comprehensive support.
It's particularly valuable for 9th through 11th graders who have time to act on the recommendations. But it's also useful for seniors who need an honest assessment of where they stand and how to make the most of the time remaining.
If your student took our free 4D Assessment and the results raised more questions than they answered, this is the logical next step.

Investment: $597usd
If you enroll in any consulting package within 30 days, the full $597 is credited toward your package. You pay nothing extra for having started here.
You could spend months assembling advice from Reddit threads, YouTube videos, and well-meaning relatives. Some of it will be useful. Most of it won't be specific to your student.
The families who get the best outcomes aren't the ones with the longest activity lists. They're the ones who stopped guessing and started building with direction. This is where that starts.
