We work with a small number of families each year so every student gets the attention they deserve. Comprehensive consulting is a serious commitment, both in time and investment. Families typically invest between $4,000 for early planning (9th-10th grade) and $12,000 for full application support with unlimited schools.

 

We don't want you to feel pressured to act without enough knowledge about how we can help, so before we begin working together, we go through a few steps:
 

1. Join the Waitlist (5 minutes). Share basic information: student's grade, interests, timeline, goals.
 

2. Quick Chat (30 minutes). When spots open, we'll schedule a call to discuss your situation and how we might help. We'll talk through where your student currently stands, whether your timeline allows for the kind of strategic work we do, which program might fit, and what to expect if we work together.
 

3. Decision (1 week) After the call, we both take some time to consider whether it's the right fit. We're thinking about whether we can deliver the outcomes you're looking for, whether your student is ready to engage actively, and whether the investment makes sense for your family. You're thinking about whether this feels right for you.

If it's a strong fit, we'll send you a contract and get started.
 

If it's not quite right, we'll still suggest next steps you can take on your own, or connect you with another consultant we trust.
